I've been trying to abide by the South Beach Diet principles (mostly raw fruits and vegetables; meats must be lean; grains must be whole), and today I stepped on the scale for the first time in two weeks. To my surprise, I'd lost 4.6 lbs. Almost 5 lbs in 2 weeks. =) I'm pretty darn excited about this... and just in time for summer, too.
I'm also thinking about taking a kick-boxing class, to get in come cardiovascular exercise and also more toned. Also been trying to follow these beauty tips. Hopefully it will all pull together in time for bikini season! Just 4 more weeks of school, and then it's summer! =)
